David Cohn, a Washington DC native began his professional career in the highly-competitive hospitality industry. While attending Purdue University for finance, specializing in Commercial Real Estate he founded what is known today as Capital Investors Direct.

The company was established to provide alternatives to the often tedious and cumbersome processing associated with most lending platforms. Cohn asserts that “having the right loan partner is a critical component to any timely and lucrative acquisition”.
